Criminal Law

  • Magistrates Court plea in mitigation (within 10 kms of Perth City Centre) – representation for plea of guilty: $1100-$1600 depending on complexity.
  • Magistrates Court trial – one day: $3300 (includes preparation and one day trial)
  • Magistrates Court – additional day: $1560
  • Additional mention hearings: $220 in Perth Magistrates Court
  • Bail applications: $550 in Perth Magistrates Court
  • District Court plea in mitigation – representation for plea of guilty: $3300 (includes one mention appearance and sentencing)
  • Magistrates and Children’s Court Trial advice – review and advice of prosecution brief of evidence: $1100 (this fee will be deducted from the cost of representation  at trial if you proceed to trial)
  • District and Supreme Court trial – please contact us to discuss

Traffic Offences

  • Extraordinary Driver’s Licence Applications: preparation of application including affidavit: $1650
  • Extraordinary Driver’s Licence Applications: in court representation for application: $1100
  • Magistrates Court plea in mitigation -representation for plea of guilty: $990-$1650 depending on complexity
  • Magistrates Court plea in mitigation – drink driving charges – representation for plea of guilty: $990

Negotiations with police and prosecution

  • In many cases we can successfully negotiate with police to have charges downgraded or consolidated: $1100

Restraining Orders

  • Negotiations and undertakings – in many cases restraining order matters can be resolved by way of an undertaking or order by consent. Cost for negotiation and preparation of documents: $1100
  • Final Order Hearing – representation: $1650 for half day appearance and $2200 for full day and $1650 for each additional day

Family Court Matters

  • Family Court of Western Australia – $770 for half a day court appearance, except interim hearing and trial
  • Family Court of Western Australia – $1100 for interim hearing including preparatory work for the interim hearing
  • Family Court of Australia – $770 for attending Case Assessment Conference in Perth including the preparatory work for the conference
  • Family Court of Western Australia – one day trial : $3300 (includes preparation and one day trial), additional day: $1560
  • Trial advice – review and advice of trial material filed in the matter : $1560 (this fee will be deducted from the cost of representation  at trial if you proceed to trial)
